If your property is ready for a tenant, we immediately appoint a property manager to get the home on the market. One of our real estate agent will contact you to make arrangements to take photos. Unless the property owner has other instructions, within 48 hours we will have the home on many's of websites including Realtor.com, Zillow, Trulia, Hotpads and our own website. We will push the property into the feed of every real estate agent in Woodgate_crossing.

The property manager will carefully examine your property and make suggestions that will likely improve your property's rentability. The real estate agent will also notify you of repairs that are required before we can assist you. We can make recommendations for maintenance people when needed.

The property manager will also prepare a comparative market analysis to help determine the retail rental value of your property. By comparing your home to similar real estate investments that are on the market and comparing your property to offerings that recently rented in Woodgate_crossing we will best know the market value of your property. From there we will make a suggested list price for the home.
