If your property requires a renter, we immediately appoint a real estate agent to get the real estate investment on the market. One of our Realtor will contact you to make arrangements to take photos. Unless the property owner has other instructions, within 48 hours we will have the real estate investment on 100's of websites including Realtor.com, Zillow, Trulia, Hotpads and our own website. We will push the real estate investment onto the desk of every Realtor in Woodburn Village.

The property manager will inspect your real estate investment and make recommendations that will likely improve your home's rental value. The Realtor will also notify you of maintenance that are necessary before we can assist you. We can make suggestions for handymen if called upon.

The property manager will also do a comparative market analysis to help determine the retail rental value of your property. By comparing your real estate investment to similar properties that are currently available and comparing your home to homes that recently rented in Woodburn Village we will best know the retail value of your property. From there we will make a suggested list price for the real estate investment.
