During the lease term in Woodburn Village

If Nesbitt Realty has a good reason to access a rental in Woodburn Village, the tenant must allow us to come into the rental. Some good reasons to come into rental property are to:

- Provide necessary services, or
- Show the rental property to prospective or actual purchasers, mortgagees, workmen, or contractors.

However, Nesbitt Realty can and will enter the rental without renter consent in emergency situations. We will never abuse the right of entrance or use it to harass renters in Woodburn Village.
