If your property is ready for a tenant, we immediately assign a property manager to get the property on the market. One of our Realtor will contact you to make arrangements to take photos. Unless the property owner has other instructions, within 48 hours we will have the property on 100's of websites including Realtor.com, Zillow, Trulia, Hotpads and our own website. We will push the property into the feed of every Realtor in Holmes_Run_Heights.

The property manager will scrutinize your real estate investment and make suggestions that will improve your property's rentability. The property manager will also list repairs that are necessary before we can assist you. We can make recommendations for maintenance people if necessary.

The Realtor will also build a comparative market analysis to help determine the actual rental value of your property. By comparing your home to similar homes that are currently available and comparing your rental to homes that recently rented in Holmes_Run_Heights we will nail down the retail value of your property. From there we will make a recommended list price for the property.
