If your real estate investment needs a tenant, we immediately appoint a property manager to get the real estate investment advertised. One of our property manager will contact you to make arrangements to take photos. Unless the landlord has other instructions, within 48 hours we will have the property on many's of websites including Realtor.com, Zillow, Trulia, Hotpads and our own website. We will push the rental into the feed of every property manager in Holmes_run_heights.

The property manager will carefully examine your property and make suggestions that will likely improve your real estate investment's rentability. The property manager will also list maintenance that are necessary before we can help you. We can make suggestions for contractors when necessary.

The Realtor will also do a comparative market analysis to best know the actual rental value of your home. By comparing your property to similar properties that are currently available and comparing your property to real estate investments that recently rented in Holmes_run_heights we can help determine the actual value of your property. From there we will make a recommended list price for the real estate investment.
