We don't just find tenants. We find good tenants.
The key to great rental management is good tenants. Nesbitt Realty almost never has problems with tenants that we identify.

We don't just find tenants. We find tenants fast.
If your property is ready for a renter, we immediately appoint a Realtor to get the real estate investment advertised. One of our property manager will contact you to make arrangements to take photos. Unless the real estate investor has other instructions, within 48 hours we will have the real estate investment on 100's of websites including Realtor.com, Zillow, Trulia, Hotpads and our own website. We will push the real estate investment onto the desk of every property manager in Stratton House.
The property manager will carefully examine your real estate investment and make suggestions that will likely improve your rental's rentability. The real estate agent will also determine repairs that are required before we can assist you. We can make suggestions for maintenance people if called upon.
The Realtor will also prepare a comparative market analysis to nail down the actual rental value of your property. By comparing your property to similar offerings that are on the market and comparing your home to offerings that recently rented in Stratton House we can best know the retail value of your rental. From there we can make a suggested list price for the real estate investment.
