During the lease term in Stratton House

During lease, the rental belongs to the tenant we respect the renter 's privacy. As the property manager Nesbitt Realty has the right to reasonable entry of the rental, but we will never abuse that right. If Nesbitt Realty has a good reason to go into a rental home in Stratton House, the renter must allow us to go into the rental. Some good reasons to come into rental property are to:

  • Inspect the rental,
  • Perform maintenance or alterations,
  • Supply required services, or
  • Show the rental to prospective or actual purchasers, mortgagees, workmen, or contractors.

Nesbitt Realty will always strive to give the renter notice and obtain renter consent prior to coming into the rental. However, Nesbitt Realty can and will come into the rental without tenant consent in emergency situations. We will never abuse the right of entrance or use it to harass renters in Stratton House. Nesbitt Realty will only access the home at reasonable hours of the day, except in the case of an emergency.
