If your real estate investment needs a tenant, we immediately assign a real estate agent to get the real estate investment on the market. One of our property manager will contact you to make arrangements to take photos. Unless the real estate investor has other instructions, within 48 hours we will have the home on 100's of websites including Realtor.com, Zillow, Trulia, Hotpads and our own website. We will push the home into the feed of every Realtor in Cooper Court.

The property manager will take a look at your home and make recommendations that could improve your home's rentability. The Realtor will also determine repairs that are required before we can help you. We can make recommendations for maintenance people when necessary.

The Realtor will also prepare a comparative market analysis to nail down the actual rental value of your property. By comparing your home to similar offerings that are on the market and comparing your property to properties that recently rented in Cooper Court we will nail down the retail value of your home. From there we can make a suggested list price for the real estate investment.
