The real estate agent will scrutinize your property and make recommendations that will improve your real estate investment's rental value. The property manager will also list repairs that are necessary before we can help you. We can make recommendations for maintenance people if needed.
The real estate agent will also create a comparative market analysis to help determine the actual rental value of your rental.
