During the lease term in Continental

During lease, the rental belongs to the tenant we respect the renter 's privacy. As the property manager Nesbitt Realty has the right and duty to reasonable entry of the rental, but we will never abuse that right. If Nesbitt Realty has a good reason to access a rental in Continental, the tenant must allow us to access the rental. Some good reasons to access rental property are to:

  • Inspect the rental property,
  • Make repairs or improvements,
  • Supply required services, or
  • Show the rental home to prospective or actual purchasers, mortgagees, workmen, or contractors.

Nesbitt Realty will always strive to give the renter notice and obtain renter consent prior to coming into the rental property. However, Nesbitt Realty can and will come into the rental without renter consent in emergency situations. We will never abuse the right of entrance or use it to agitate tenants in Continental. Nesbitt Realty will only go into at reasonable hours of the day, except in an emergency.
