If your rental is ready for a tenant, we immediately assign a property manager to get the property listed. One of our property manager will contact you to make arrangements to take photos. Unless the landlord has other instructions, within 48 hours we will have the property on 100's of websites including Realtor.com, Zillow, Trulia, Hotpads and our own website. We will push the home into the feed of every Realtor in Vistas_On_Courthouse.

The property manager will take a look at your property and make recommendations that will likely improve your property's rentability. The property manager will also list maintenance that are necessary before we can help you. We can make recommendations for handymen if necessary.

The real estate agent will also prepare a comparative market analysis to best know the actual rental value of your home. By comparing your home to similar homes that are currently available and comparing your home to properties that recently rented in Vistas_On_Courthouse we will help determine the market value of your home. From there we can make a recommended list price for the property.
