If your property requires a tenant, we immediately appoint a real estate agent to get the property on the market. One of our Realtor will contact you to make arrangements to take photos. Unless the owner has other instructions, within 48 hours we will have the property on hundreds's of websites including Realtor.com, Zillow, Trulia, Hotpads and our own website. We will push the home into the feed of every real estate agent in Vistas_on_courthouse.

The real estate agent will take a look at your real estate investment and make suggestions that will likely improve your real estate investment's rentability. The Realtor will also determine repairs that are necessary before we can help you. We can make recommendations for contractors if necessary.

The property manager will also build a comparative market analysis to nail down the actual rental value of your rental. By comparing your property to similar offerings that are currently available and comparing your property to homes that recently rented in Vistas_on_courthouse we can nail down the retail value of your real estate investment. From there we will make a recommended list price for the home.
