If your home needs a tenant, we immediately appoint a property manager to get the rental listed. One of our property manager will contact you to make arrangements to take photos. Unless the real estate investor has other instructions, within 48 hours we will have the rental on many's of websites including Realtor.com, Zillow, Trulia, Hotpads and our own website. We will push the real estate investment onto the desk of every property manager in Top_of_Arl_Ridge_Road.

The Realtor will scrutinize your home and make suggestions that could improve your property's rental value. The Realtor will also determine maintenance that are necessary before we can help you. We can make suggestions for handymen when needed.

The Realtor will also build a comparative market analysis to help determine the actual rental value of your rental. By comparing your real estate investment to similar properties that are on the market and comparing your real estate investment to homes that recently rented in Top_of_Arl_Ridge_Road we will nail down the market value of your rental.
