If your real estate investment is ready for a renter, we immediately appoint a property manager to get the property listed. One of our Realtor will contact you to make arrangements to take photos. Unless the landlord has other instructions, within 48 hours we will have the property on many's of websites including Realtor.com, Zillow, Trulia, Hotpads and our own website. We will push the home into the feed of every real estate agent in Top_of_arl_ridge_road.

The property manager will carefully examine your rental and make recommendations that will likely improve your rental's rentability. The real estate agent will also notify you of repairs that are required before we can help you. We can make recommendations for maintenance people when needed.

The Realtor will also do a comparative market analysis to help determine the actual rental value of your real estate investment. By comparing your property to similar properties that are on the market and comparing your rental to homes that recently rented in Top_of_arl_ridge_road we will nail down the retail value of your real estate investment. From there we can make a suggested list price for the property.
