If your property is ready for a renter, we immediately appoint a real estate agent to get the property on the market. One of our Realtor will contact you to make arrangements to take photos. Unless the property owner has other instructions, within 48 hours we will have the property on hundreds's of websites including Realtor.com, Zillow, Trulia, Hotpads and our own website. We will push the home onto the desk of every Realtor in The_Waterview_Condominium.

The property manager will scrutinize your property and make recommendations that will likely improve your rental's rentability. The Realtor will also list maintenance that are required before we can assist you. We can make recommendations for handymen when called upon.

The Realtor will also prepare a comparative market analysis to nail down the actual rental value of your property. By comparing your home to similar homes that are on the market and comparing your rental to offerings that recently rented in The_Waterview_Condominium we will nail down the actual value of your real estate investment. From there we can make a recommended list price for the rental.
