If your rental is ready for a tenant, we immediately assign a property manager to get the property listed. One of our real estate agent will contact you to make arrangements to take photos. Unless the landlord has other instructions, within 48 hours we will have the home on many's of websites including Realtor.com, Zillow, Trulia, Hotpads and our own website. We will push the home onto the desk of every real estate agent in The_waterview_condominium.

The real estate agent will carefully examine your real estate investment and make recommendations that will improve your property's rentability. The property manager will also notify you of maintenance that are necessary before we can help you. We can make recommendations for handymen when needed.

The Realtor will also prepare a comparative market analysis to nail down the actual rental value of your real estate investment. By comparing your property to similar properties that are currently available and comparing your home to properties that recently rented in The_waterview_condominium we will best know the market value of your rental. From there we will make a suggested list price for the home.
