If your property requires a tenant, we immediately assign a property manager to get the real estate investment advertised. One of our property manager will contact you to make arrangements to take photos. Unless the real estate investor has other instructions, within 48 hours we will have the real estate investment on hundreds's of websites including Realtor.com, Zillow, Trulia, Hotpads and our own website. We will push the property into the feed of every real estate agent in See_Map.
The property manager will carefully examine your real estate investment and make suggestions that could improve your real estate investment's rentability. The real estate agent will also list repairs that are necessary before we can assist you. We can make recommendations for maintenance people when needed.
The real estate agent will also do a comparative market analysis to nail down the retail rental value of your property. By comparing your property to similar properties that are currently available and comparing your home to real estate investments that recently rented in See_Map we can help determine the actual value of your property. From there we will make a suggested list price for the real estate investment.
