If your home requires a tenant, we immediately appoint a Realtor to get the real estate investment listed. One of our real estate agent will contact you to make arrangements to take photos. Unless the landlord has other instructions, within 48 hours we will have the property on many's of websites including Realtor.com, Zillow, Trulia, Hotpads and our own website. We will push the property into the feed of every property manager in See_map.

The Realtor will carefully examine your property and make suggestions that will likely improve your property's rentability. The Realtor will also determine maintenance that are necessary before we can assist you. We can make recommendations for handymen when needed.

The Realtor will also create a comparative market analysis to best know the retail rental value of your home. By comparing your property to similar real estate investments that are on the market and comparing your rental to properties that recently rented in See_map we can best know the market value of your property. From there we will make a suggested list price for the rental.
