If your home is ready for a renter, we immediately appoint a real estate agent to get the real estate investment advertised. One of our Realtor will contact you to make arrangements to take photos. Unless the property owner has other instructions, within 48 hours we will have the home on many's of websites including Realtor.com, Zillow, Trulia, Hotpads and our own website. We will push the property into the feed of every real estate agent in Riverwood.

The Realtor will take a look at your real estate investment and make suggestions that will improve your property's rental value. The property manager will also determine maintenance that are required before we can help you. We can make recommendations for contractors when called upon.

The real estate agent will also create a comparative market analysis to best know the retail rental value of your property. By comparing your home to similar properties that are currently available and comparing your rental to offerings that recently rented in Riverwood we will nail down the market value of your rental.
