If your property is ready for a tenant, we immediately assign a Realtor to get the property on the market. One of our property manager will contact you to make arrangements to take photos. Unless the landlord has other instructions, within 48 hours we will have the real estate investment on hundreds's of websites including Realtor.com, Zillow, Trulia, Hotpads and our own website. We will push the rental onto the desk of every real estate agent in Riverplace.
The Realtor will carefully examine your property and make recommendations that will improve your property's rentability. The Realtor will also notify you of maintenance that are necessary before we can assist you. We can make recommendations for contractors when necessary.
The property manager will also create a comparative market analysis to help determine the actual rental value of your property. By comparing your property to similar properties that are on the market and comparing your property to properties that recently rented in Riverplace we can nail down the market value of your property. From there we can make a suggested list price for the real estate investment.
