If your home needs a renter, we immediately appoint a real estate agent to get the rental advertised. One of our real estate agent will contact you to make arrangements to take photos. Unless the property owner has other instructions, within 48 hours we will have the rental on hundreds's of websites including Realtor.com, Zillow, Trulia, Hotpads and our own website. We will push the rental into the feed of every real estate agent in Riverplace.
The property manager will take a look at your home and make suggestions that could improve your real estate investment's rentability. The property manager will also determine maintenance that are required before we can help you. We can make recommendations for handymen when needed.
The property manager will also build a comparative market analysis to best know the actual rental value of your home. By comparing your real estate investment to similar properties that are currently available and comparing your property to homes that recently rented in Riverplace we will help determine the retail value of your property. From there we will make a suggested list price for the property.
