If your rental needs a tenant, we immediately appoint a property manager to get the property advertised. One of our property manager will contact you to make arrangements to take photos. Unless the landlord has other instructions, within 48 hours we will have the property on many's of websites including Realtor.com, Zillow, Trulia, Hotpads and our own website. We will push the home onto the desk of every real estate agent in Horizon_House_Condominium.

The real estate agent will take a look at your real estate investment and make suggestions that will likely improve your home's rentability. The real estate agent will also notify you of maintenance that are necessary before we can help you. We can make recommendations for handymen when necessary.

The Realtor will also create a comparative market analysis to best know the actual rental value of your rental. By comparing your real estate investment to similar properties that are on the market and comparing your property to properties that recently rented in Horizon_House_Condominium we can help determine the market value of your home. From there we will make a suggested list price for the property.
