If your home needs a renter, we immediately appoint a real estate agent to get the rental listed. One of our property manager will contact you to make arrangements to take photos. Unless the property owner has other instructions, within 48 hours we will have the real estate investment on 100's of websites including Realtor.com, Zillow, Trulia, Hotpads and our own website. We will push the property onto the desk of every real estate agent in Horizon_house_condominium.

The real estate agent will carefully examine your property and make suggestions that will improve your property's rentability. The Realtor will also list repairs that are required before we can assist you. We can make recommendations for maintenance people if called upon.

The real estate agent will also build a comparative market analysis to nail down the market rental value of your property. By comparing your home to similar offerings that are on the market and comparing your property to homes that recently rented in Horizon_house_condominium we can best know the retail value of your real estate investment. From there we will make a recommended list price for the home.
