We don't just find tenants. We find tenants fast.
If your real estate investment is ready for a renter, we immediately assign a property manager to get the real estate investment on the market. One of our Realtor will contact you to make arrangements to take photos. Unless the landlord has other instructions, within 48 hours we will have the property on 100's of websites including Realtor.com, Zillow, Trulia, Hotpads and our own website. We will push the real estate investment into the feed of every Realtor in Highlands.
The real estate agent will scrutinize your property and make suggestions that will improve your rental's rentability. The real estate agent will also list repairs that are required before we can help you. We can make suggestions for maintenance people if needed.
The property manager will also do a comparative market analysis to help determine the retail rental value of your rental. By comparing your property to similar offerings that are on the market and comparing your property to homes that recently rented in Highlands we can help determine the actual value of your property. From there we can make a recommended list price for the real estate investment.
