Do you need a renter for a rental in Highlands?
We don't just find tenants. We find great tenants.
The key to great rental management is great tenants. Nesbitt Realty almost never has problems with tenants that we find.
Nesbitt Realty has experience with troublesome tenants because we've inherited problems from real estate investors who selected their own renters, or from landlords who have brought us tenants from other property managers.
The key to finding a good renter is starting with an understanding of the standards that make up the right
We don't just find tenants. We find tenants fast.
If your home requires a tenant, we immediately appoint a Realtor to get the rental listed. One of our Realtor will contact you to make arrangements to take photos. Unless the property owner has other instructions, within 48 hours we will have the rental on 100's of websites including Realtor.com, Zillow, Trulia, Hotpads and our own website. We will push the real estate investment into the feed of every Realtor in Highlands.
The property manager will inspect your property and make suggestions that could improve your property's rental value. The real estate agent will also list repairs that are required before we can help you. We can make suggestions for contractors when necessary.
The real estate agent will also prepare a comparative market analysis to nail down the market rental value of your rental. By comparing your property to similar properties that are currently available and comparing your home to real estate investments that recently rented in Highlands we can help determine the actual value of your home. From there we can make a recommended list price for the property.
