If your property requires a tenant, we immediately appoint a Realtor to get the home on the market. One of our real estate agent will contact you to make arrangements to take photos. Unless the owner has other instructions, within 48 hours we will have the real estate investment on hundreds's of websites including Realtor.com, Zillow, Trulia, Hotpads and our own website. We will push the property into the feed of every Realtor in Highland_Park.

The Realtor will scrutinize your property and make suggestions that will improve your real estate investment's rental value. The real estate agent will also notify you of repairs that are required before we can help you. We can make suggestions for maintenance people when needed.

The Realtor will also build a comparative market analysis to best know the retail rental value of your property. By comparing your property to similar offerings that are on the market and comparing your property to properties that recently rented in Highland_Park we will nail down the retail value of your home. From there we will make a recommended list price for the rental.
