If your rental requires a tenant, we immediately appoint a real estate agent to get the home on the market. One of our real estate agent will contact you to make arrangements to take photos. Unless the real estate investor has other instructions, within 48 hours we will have the property on hundreds's of websites including Realtor.com, Zillow, Trulia, Hotpads and our own website. We will push the property onto the desk of every property manager in Highland_park.

The real estate agent will carefully examine your home and make recommendations that will likely improve your home's rental value. The Realtor will also list maintenance that are required before we can assist you. We can make recommendations for maintenance people if necessary.

The real estate agent will also do a comparative market analysis to nail down the market rental value of your property. By comparing your rental to similar properties that are on the market and comparing your property to real estate investments that recently rented in Highland_park we can best know the actual value of your property. From there we will make a recommended list price for the real estate investment.
