During the lease term in Highland_park

If Nesbitt Realty has a good reason to enter a rental property in Highland_park, the renter must allow us to go into the rental home. Some solid reasons to access rental home are to:

- Supply agreed services, or
- Show the rental to prospective or actual purchasers, mortgagees, workmen, or contractors.

However, Nesbitt Realty can and will enter the rental home without renter consent in emergency situations. We will never abuse the right of entrance or use it to agitate renters in Highland_park.
