If your home requires a tenant, we immediately assign a real estate agent to get the property advertised. One of our Realtor will contact you to make arrangements to take photos. Unless the real estate investor has other instructions, within 48 hours we will have the home on hundreds's of websites including Realtor.com, Zillow, Trulia, Hotpads and our own website. We will push the real estate investment into the feed of every Realtor in Bluemont.

The real estate agent will scrutinize your property and make suggestions that will improve your real estate investment's rental value. The property manager will also list repairs that are required before we can assist you. We can make recommendations for contractors when called upon.

The real estate agent will also build a comparative market analysis to best know the market rental value of your property.
