If your home is ready for a tenant, we immediately assign a Realtor to get the home advertised. One of our real estate agent will contact you to make arrangements to take photos. Unless the owner has other instructions, within 48 hours we will have the rental on hundreds's of websites including Realtor.com, Zillow, Trulia, Hotpads and our own website. We will push the real estate investment into the feed of every property manager in Bluemont.

The property manager will scrutinize your real estate investment and make recommendations that could improve your home's rentability. The property manager will also notify you of maintenance that are necessary before we can assist you. We can make suggestions for contractors when needed.

The property manager will also do a comparative market analysis to help determine the market rental value of your rental. By comparing your property to similar properties that are on the market and comparing your home to homes that recently rented in Bluemont we will best know the market value of your property. From there we can make a suggested list price for the rental.
