If your property is ready for a tenant, we immediately assign a property manager to get the property advertised. One of our real estate agent will contact you to make arrangements to take photos. Unless the landlord has other instructions, within 48 hours we will have the property on 100's of websites including Realtor.com, Zillow, Trulia, Hotpads and our own website. We will push the home into the feed of every property manager in Betonia.

The real estate agent will carefully examine your real estate investment and make suggestions that could improve your home's rentability. The property manager will also determine repairs that are necessary before we can assist you. We can make recommendations for maintenance people if called upon.

The real estate agent will also build a comparative market analysis to help determine the actual rental value of your rental. By comparing your home to similar offerings that are on the market and comparing your rental to homes that recently rented in Betonia we can nail down the retail value of your home. From there we can make a recommended list price for the rental.
