If your real estate investment needs a tenant, we immediately assign a Realtor to get the home listed. One of our property manager will contact you to make arrangements to take photos. Unless the real estate investor has other instructions, within 48 hours we will have the rental on hundreds's of websites including Realtor.com, Zillow, Trulia, Hotpads and our own website. We will push the property onto the desk of every real estate agent in Betonia.

The Realtor will scrutinize your property and make recommendations that could improve your property's rental value. The property manager will also notify you of maintenance that are necessary before we can assist you. We can make recommendations for contractors when needed.

The Realtor will also prepare a comparative market analysis to nail down the retail rental value of your home. By comparing your rental to similar properties that are on the market and comparing your home to properties that recently rented in Betonia we can nail down the market value of your rental. From there we will make a recommended list price for the property.
