If your rental is ready for a tenant, we immediately appoint a real estate agent to get the home listed. One of our real estate agent will contact you to make arrangements to take photos. Unless the landlord has other instructions, within 48 hours we will have the real estate investment on hundreds's of websites including Realtor.com, Zillow, Trulia, Hotpads and our own website. We will push the property into the feed of every real estate agent in Vistas_On_Courthouse.

The property manager will inspect your real estate investment and make recommendations that will improve your home's rentability. The real estate agent will also determine repairs that are required before we can help you. We can make suggestions for maintenance people when called upon.

The Realtor will also build a comparative market analysis to help determine the retail rental value of your rental. By comparing your home to similar properties that are currently available and comparing your property to offerings that recently rented in Vistas_On_Courthouse we will best know the market value of your property. From there we can make a suggested list price for the property.
