If your real estate investment needs a tenant, we immediately appoint a property manager to get the rental listed. One of our Realtor will contact you to make arrangements to take photos. Unless the real estate investor has other instructions, within 48 hours we will have the home on 100's of websites including Realtor.com, Zillow, Trulia, Hotpads and our own website. We will push the real estate investment onto the desk of every property manager in Betonia.

The real estate agent will scrutinize your property and make suggestions that could improve your rental's rentability. The real estate agent will also notify you of repairs that are necessary before we can help you. We can make suggestions for contractors when necessary.

The property manager will also do a comparative market analysis to best know the actual rental value of your rental. By comparing your property to similar homes that are currently available and comparing your property to homes that recently rented in Betonia we will nail down the retail value of your property. From there we can make a recommended list price for the real estate investment.
