Unless the landlord has other instructions, within 48 hours we will have the home on hundreds's of websites including Realtor.com, Zillow, Trulia, Hotpads and our own website. We will push the property into the feed of every property manager in Stratford.

The Realtor will take a look at your rental and make suggestions that will likely improve your real estate investment's rentability. The property manager will also determine repairs that are required before we can help you. We can make recommendations for contractors if called upon.

The real estate agent will also prepare a comparative market analysis to best know the retail rental value of your property.
