If your rental needs a tenant, we immediately appoint a real estate agent to get the property advertised. One of our Realtor will contact you to make arrangements to take photos. Unless the owner has other instructions, within 48 hours we will have the home on many's of websites including Realtor.com, Zillow, Trulia, Hotpads and our own website. We will push the real estate investment into the feed of every property manager in River_towers.

The property manager will take a look at your rental and make suggestions that will likely improve your home's rental value. The real estate agent will also list maintenance that are necessary before we can assist you. We can make recommendations for handymen if called upon.

The property manager will also prepare a comparative market analysis to best know the retail rental value of your home. By comparing your rental to similar offerings that are on the market and comparing your property to offerings that recently rented in River_towers we can nail down the market value of your property. From there we can make a recommended list price for the home.
