If your rental is ready for a renter, we immediately assign a property manager to get the real estate investment on the market. One of our property manager will contact you to make arrangements to take photos. Unless the landlord has other instructions, within 48 hours we will have the property on many's of websites including Realtor.com, Zillow, Trulia, Hotpads and our own website. We will push the property into the feed of every real estate agent in Pembrook Village.

The property manager will scrutinize your real estate investment and make suggestions that will improve your property's rentability. The property manager will also notify you of repairs that are necessary before we can assist you. We can make suggestions for contractors when needed.

The Realtor will also prepare a comparative market analysis to nail down the actual rental value of your property. By comparing your property to similar real estate investments that are on the market and comparing your real estate investment to homes that recently rented in Pembrook Village we can best know the market value of your property. From there we will make a recommended list price for the home.
