If your real estate investment is ready for a renter, we immediately assign a Realtor to get the property on the market. One of our Realtor will contact you to make arrangements to take photos. Unless the landlord has other instructions, within 48 hours we will have the rental on hundreds's of websites including Realtor.com, Zillow, Trulia, Hotpads and our own website. We will push the property into the feed of every property manager in Marlan_heights.

The Realtor will inspect your property and make suggestions that could improve your home's rentability. The property manager will also list repairs that are required before we can help you. We can make recommendations for handymen if called upon.

The property manager will also build a comparative market analysis to help determine the market rental value of your property. By comparing your real estate investment to similar real estate investments that are on the market and comparing your property to offerings that recently rented in Marlan_heights we can help determine the retail value of your home. From there we will make a recommended list price for the rental.
