During the lease term in Marlan_heights

If Nesbitt Realty has a good reason to enter a rental home in Marlan_heights, the renter must allow us to go into the rental home. Some valid reasons to go into rental are to:

- Supply required services, or
- Show the rental property to prospective or actual purchasers, mortgagees, workmen, or contractors.

However, Nesbitt Realty can and will enter the rental property without tenant consent in emergency situations. We will never abuse the right of entrance or use it to harass tenants in Marlan_heights.
