If your real estate investment is ready for a renter, we immediately assign a Realtor to get the rental advertised. One of our property manager will contact you to make arrangements to take photos. Unless the real estate investor has other instructions, within 48 hours we will have the rental on 100's of websites including Realtor.com, Zillow, Trulia, Hotpads and our own website. We will push the real estate investment into the feed of every Realtor in Hollin Hall Village.

The real estate agent will inspect your property and make suggestions that will likely improve your property's rental value. The real estate agent will also determine repairs that are necessary before we can help you. We can make recommendations for handymen when needed.

The real estate agent will also create a comparative market analysis to help determine the actual rental value of your property. By comparing your rental to similar homes that are on the market and comparing your property to properties that recently rented in Hollin Hall Village we will best know the actual value of your property. From there we can make a recommended list price for the property.
