If your real estate investment needs a tenant, we immediately assign a real estate agent to get the home on the market. One of our property manager will contact you to make arrangements to take photos. Unless the owner has other instructions, within 48 hours we will have the home on many's of websites including Realtor.com, Zillow, Trulia, Hotpads and our own website. We will push the property into the feed of every real estate agent in Clusters At Woodlawn.

The real estate agent will scrutinize your property and make recommendations that could improve your rental's rental value. The Realtor will also determine maintenance that are necessary before we can help you. We can make suggestions for contractors when needed.

The Realtor will also create a comparative market analysis to help determine the retail rental value of your property. By comparing your property to similar offerings that are on the market and comparing your real estate investment to properties that recently rented in Clusters At Woodlawn we will best know the retail value of your property. From there we will make a recommended list price for the property.
