If your real estate investment needs a renter, we immediately appoint a property manager to get the property on the market. One of our real estate agent will contact you to make arrangements to take photos. Unless the property owner has other instructions, within 48 hours we will have the property on many's of websites including Realtor.com, Zillow, Trulia, Hotpads and our own website. We will push the property into the feed of every Realtor in Skyview_Park.
The property manager will scrutinize your property and make suggestions that will likely improve your real estate investment's rentability. The real estate agent will also list maintenance that are required before we can help you. We can make recommendations for maintenance people when called upon.
The property manager will also build a comparative market analysis to help determine the market rental value of your real estate investment. By comparing your rental to similar properties that are currently available and comparing your property to homes that recently rented in Skyview_Park we can nail down the retail value of your property.
