If your property is ready for a tenant, we immediately assign a Realtor to get the real estate investment listed. One of our property manager will contact you to make arrangements to take photos. Unless the real estate investor has other instructions, within 48 hours we will have the property on hundreds's of websites including Realtor.com, Zillow, Trulia, Hotpads and our own website. We will push the home onto the desk of every property manager in Skyview_park.

The Realtor will scrutinize your home and make recommendations that will improve your rental's rentability. The Realtor will also determine repairs that are necessary before we can assist you. We can make suggestions for contractors if necessary.

The real estate agent will also build a comparative market analysis to help determine the actual rental value of your home. By comparing your property to similar homes that are currently available and comparing your property to real estate investments that recently rented in Skyview_park we can help determine the retail value of your real estate investment. From there we can make a suggested list price for the rental.
