If your property needs a tenant, we immediately appoint a real estate agent to get the rental advertised. One of our Realtor will contact you to make arrangements to take photos. Unless the property owner has other instructions, within 48 hours we will have the rental on hundreds's of websites including Realtor.com, Zillow, Trulia, Hotpads and our own website. We will push the real estate investment onto the desk of every real estate agent in Norton_Square.

The real estate agent will carefully examine your property and make suggestions that will improve your real estate investment's rental value. The real estate agent will also determine repairs that are required before we can assist you. We can make recommendations for maintenance people if necessary.

The real estate agent will also do a comparative market analysis to nail down the retail rental value of your real estate investment. By comparing your rental to similar homes that are on the market and comparing your property to properties that recently rented in Norton_Square we can help determine the retail value of your real estate investment. From there we will make a suggested list price for the rental.
