During the lease term in Norton_square

If Nesbitt Realty has a good reason to come into a rental property in Norton_square, the renter must allow us to go into the rental property. Some valid reasons to come into rental home are to:

- Supply required services, or
- Show the rental home to prospective or actual purchasers, mortgagees, workmen, or contractors.

However, Nesbitt Realty can and will enter the rental home without renter consent in emergency situations. We will never abuse the right of entrance or use it to harass renters in Norton_square. Nesbitt Realty will only go into at reasonable hours of the day, except in an emergency.
