If your property is ready for a tenant, we immediately assign a real estate agent to get the property on the market. One of our property manager will contact you to make arrangements to take photos. Unless the owner has other instructions, within 48 hours we will have the real estate investment on many's of websites including Realtor.com, Zillow, Trulia, Hotpads and our own website. We will push the rental onto the desk of every Realtor in Norton_square.

The property manager will carefully examine your property and make recommendations that will improve your rental's rentability. The Realtor will also notify you of repairs that are required before we can help you. We can make suggestions for contractors when needed.

The real estate agent will also prepare a comparative market analysis to help determine the retail rental value of your rental. By comparing your real estate investment to similar properties that are currently available and comparing your property to real estate investments that recently rented in Norton_square we will help determine the actual value of your rental. From there we will make a suggested list price for the rental.
