If your home requires a tenant, we immediately appoint a property manager to get the rental on the market. One of our property manager will contact you to make arrangements to take photos. Unless the real estate investor has other instructions, within 48 hours we will have the real estate investment on hundreds's of websites including Realtor.com, Zillow, Trulia, Hotpads and our own website. We will push the property onto the desk of every Realtor in Manors_At_Stonegate.

The real estate agent will inspect your real estate investment and make suggestions that could improve your property's rentability. The real estate agent will also determine repairs that are required before we can help you. We can make suggestions for maintenance people when needed.

The property manager will also build a comparative market analysis to help determine the actual rental value of your rental. By comparing your property to similar offerings that are currently available and comparing your rental to homes that recently rented in Manors_At_Stonegate we will help determine the actual value of your rental. From there we can make a suggested list price for the home.
