If your property is ready for a tenant, we immediately assign a real estate agent to get the property on the market. One of our property manager will contact you to make arrangements to take photos. Unless the real estate investor has other instructions, within 48 hours we will have the rental on 100's of websites including Realtor.com, Zillow, Trulia, Hotpads and our own website. We will push the home onto the desk of every real estate agent in Manors_at_stonegate.

The real estate agent will take a look at your rental and make suggestions that could improve your property's rental value. The property manager will also determine repairs that are required before we can help you. We can make suggestions for contractors if needed.

The real estate agent will also build a comparative market analysis to help determine the actual rental value of your property. By comparing your home to similar properties that are on the market and comparing your property to offerings that recently rented in Manors_at_stonegate we can best know the market value of your property. From there we will make a recommended list price for the home.
