During the lease term in Olde_towne_south

If Nesbitt Realty has a good reason to come into a rental home in Olde_towne_south, the renter must allow us to access the rental. Some valid reasons to come into rental home are to:

- Provide required services, or

However, Nesbitt Realty can and will enter the rental without renter consent in emergency situations. We will never abuse the right of entrance or use it to harass renters in Olde_towne_south.
