DASH bus system in Alexandria is doing their best to help residents financially during COVID-19 by offering free bus rides. The elimination of fares will prevent potential crowding at fare boxes. DASH will also switch to rear door boarding to avoid interaction with staff and other passengers. Residents are reminded that they should remain at home if they are feeling unwell or they believe they are experiencing symptoms of the virus. DASH will continue to operate on an enhanced Saturday schedule until further notice.
